Drying: Do not use a dryer or iron. Hang or lay flat in the shade, away from direct sun.

Derby Fabric: Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Turn inside out and do not use bleach.

Drying & Ironing: Hang dry or use a dryer on low heat. Iron on low to medium heat if needed.

Processing time: As soon as your order is placed, we begin preparing it right away before it moves into the shipping phase.

Delivery time: Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days for nearby areas, and 3–4 business days for other areas.

Payment on delivery: We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Instapay.

Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted within 5 days after inspection. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately with photos and your order details. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund for the incorrect or damaged item.
