Text Message Program

If you sign up for Core Concept text messages, here's what to know:

We don't charge for the texts, but your carrier's standard message and data rates may apply.
Messages may be sent using automated technology. You don't have to opt in to text messages in order to buy something from us.
If you've opted in, you'll get updates like order confirmations, shipping alerts, and account info. How often we text varies.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation text that it worked.
Need help? Reply HELP or email us.
We're not responsible for texts that don't go through because of carrier issues, or for messages sent to an old number if you gave it to us by mistake or it's no longer yours.

Please give us accurate, current information when you place an order, and keep it updated (like your email or card details). We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders, especially ones that look like bulk/reseller purchases or use duplicate account, card, or address info.

7. Third-Party Tools

We may give you access to tools built by other companies. We don't control those tools and aren't responsible for how they work. Use them at your own risk, and check their own terms.

8. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or any issues that come from using them. If you have a problem with a third-party site, take it up with them directly.

9. Your Comments & Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other content (like contest entries or feedback), you're giving us permission to use it however we want, without paying you or keeping it private. Don't send us anything that's illegal, abusive, infringing, or fake (like a false identity or a computer virus). You're responsible for anything you send us.

11. Errors & Corrections

Sometimes our site may have typos or mistakes — like wrong prices or product info. We can correct these, or cancel affected orders, at any time, even after you've already placed an order.

15. If Part of These Terms Doesn't Hold Up

If a court decides part of these terms isn't enforceable, that part gets removed and the rest of the terms still apply.

16. Ending These Terms

You can stop using our site anytime, which ends these terms for you. We can also end them and cut off your access if we believe you've broken the rules — you'll still owe us for anything due up to that point.

17. The Full Agreement

These terms, along with any other policies we post (like our Privacy Policy), make up the entire agreement between you and us about using our service — replacing any earlier agreements or conversations on the topic.
